Different people react differently to treatment and the cleansing action ("die-off") can be in any form. The most common that I have been told were:

i) feeling very tired in the evenings (sleepiness) - felt by most;
ii) good and large bowel movements and thereafter regular - also felt my the majority, may come in the form of mild diarrhea;
iii) constipation;
iv) mild acne;
v) mild itch or rash;
vi) mild headaches;
vii) "sweats";
viii) "flu" or cold like symptoms with runny nose;
ix) generally run-down feeling

and others but these should not last for more than 10 days at the most and after that you will feel a sense of well-being with an uplift of energy. This is the experience most tell me when they try the probiotics.
