Re: maintenance

I agree, adding fruit juice defeats the purpose of the candida buster.
Yes, I do use one capsule ( 500 mg) of Olive Leaf Extract three times a day, I also take 2 Tbsp. of Flax seed Oil ( comes in capsules, too, but I like it on my salad. The Olive Leaf Extract can be rotated with Oil of Oregano every 6 months or so.
I also use homeopathic remedies against candida; I rotate between Sancombi and Albicansan, both by Sanum Kehlbeck in Germany. Naturopathic doctors sell it here, as well as some compounding pharmacies. I order it now from overseas, together with a liquid lactobacillus product, is cheaper this way.
For breakfast you seem to do well with millet. Do you have time to cook it. I cook millet or quinoa in rice milk, add shredded unsweetened coconut and a little real vanilla extract and/or cinnamon for flavour. Garnish with sesame seeds or sunflower or pumpkin seeds. Top off with soy milk or almond milk ( On week-ends I treat myself to home made almond milk, delicious! Throw a handful of almonds in blender, grind, add a little water, blend).
Kamut flakes or spelt flakes also make a good variety.
Hope this gives you some ideas.
