Candida Buster kit vs Nyastin

I am using the Candida Buster kit... but everything I've read talks about Nyastatin. what is more effective? The kit includes a number of different things .... list found here

I want to control this... and get back to the Atkins Diet... my goal is to lose about 30 lbs. I was on a candida diet before for three months and found great results with it... although it was the hardest thing to do.. I stuck to it and never once cheated on it. However, after several years I began doing the Atkins Diet and found that I wasn't losing the weight... I then read that you have to control the overgrowth of yeast so i decided to go back on Candida Buster and follow the diet.... but then I've read recently about Nyastatin.. what should I do?
I also need some advice on Breakfast and Snack foods.... not sure what I can have. Last time I ate a Pufffed Millet whole grain cereal with soy milk... that got boring and I had a lunch that consisted of salad (dark greens) and tuna fish... then dinner was always steamed veggies and some meat (chicken mostly and fish and sometimes red meat but not often).
