Re: new candida doctor/The Biamonte Detective again...

Hey Rod....
I didn'y buy the whole kit from Ambrosia just the Bentonite & psyllium also I'm on Candizyme(from Ambrosia as well). I am taking the shakes as well but like you I think my body isn't responding well to the Bentonite so I backed off. Brown rice cereal with goat milk & rice syrup really helps me to go in the morning. All these things are available at Ambrosia. I think it's pretty important that you take a "digestive enzyme" with your meals. I'm on Candi-Zyme but I think Digestion(7 enzymes) available at the "Big Carrot" on danforth is better. Everybody's different. The thing that helped me determine the things that are good for me was Electro-dermal testing done by "Red Paw Data Services" on Yorkville ave in toronto. They tested my body's reactions to 236 different foods, metals like mercury. I went back 3 weeks ago for a Candida Test. My Candida level was 94 out of 100. Extremely wacky! Then they tested my body's reactions with all the different herbs, medicines(like niacin, bentonite, psyllium). Then they give you suggestions on what to use to help kill the Candida they put me on Olive Leaf 3x day directly after meals.A digestive enzyme(3 caps 2 hrs after your last meal b4 bed)& psyllium shakes in the morning. They didn't suggest I have Bentonite with the psyllium. I combined them B4 I read their advice & sure enough I became constipated. When I checked my list bentonite did not agree with my body. Hmmmm...Anywayz they know their stuff. However they charge a price for the testing & are not cheap but I'm very lucky that my boyfriend is the "best dude" & will do just about anything to "get me back to my old self". Also from your input I decided to search out a good Homeopathic Doctor at Yonge & Bloor & started the Orninthine. The orninthine is good but I find that if I am constipated B4 I take it,it doesn't work. Oh well I'm sure I'll have more answers on Tuesday that's when I go to see my Homepath. Thank God! My insurance covers that! I am going to ask her tons of questions & will report everything I find out. By the way Red Paw Data has a website. If you punch in Red Paw Data I'm sure it will pop up.Good luck with this nightmare! Don't Give Up!!!Keep me posted!

Cheers!

Chris
