As per previous post you said you were following the Candida kit from Ambrosia store in North York and now you say you are taking Threelan. Does it mean you are combining both or just gave up the Candida kit and started the threelan? It is going to be tomorrow 2 weeks since I started the strict diet with the P&B shakes alternating the anti-fungal between Capryl acid, olive leaf seed, grapefruit seed extract, every 4 days Although with very little change or improvement, also last weekend I got my 4th Liver Flush is which I expel many black stone, however I am more and more constipated. There has to be something wrong on my procedure as instead of improving my bowel movement it is getting harder, it could probable is the Bentonite but I don't really know. However I am going to stick to the plan as suggested on the Candida kit, which is for 16 weeks, 14 left to go. And then my last resource, which is Threelan with oxygen plus. There has to be any improve as I am eating healthier now that in my whole life. How is your sleeping, mine is on/off but in general much better since I am talking Ornithine however I don’t what to get addicted to that as I don’t know the side effects in a long term. Regards
