Before coming to conclusions, we may want to check out the detractor himself, a well-know quack-buster that has had his own encounters with the law due to his virulent attacks on anything alternative - under the guise of "protecting the public" - a guise used ever so often to prevent us from learning or using anything off the mainstream...
