Can you give clear (real court record) evidence that quackwatch.com has lied about the existence of extremely damning public records, before?

If so, that would be truly shocking.

MLM is often defined as: far more emphasis on selling a "repeat sale"-product dependency building "business oportunity", than sellling the product and/or service.

By this definition, QXCI and it's "exclusive homeopathic and herbal supplement cures" clearly qualify as MLM.

Just look at their many $12,500+ (minimum price, and up) "QXCI opportunity"-selling web sites.
