Ah HA! Lapis may right? Or..

Apparently, as I download this case even deeper at www.lasuperiorcourt.org, it seems that a very weak first attempt to serve Nelson, (overseas) was made RESULTING in the initial default judgement.

Hm.

There is no way to know (now) for sure, either side could be bent.

Anyway, as it stands now, the case is again open and officallly "pending", with only "part" of the default judgement against Nelson vacated.

I wonder why only "part"?

Did the judge note something 'off'?

Stay tuned at lasuperiorcourt.org, that's all one can do now to know the outcome.

Steve
