Re: allergies, yes, I have done two cleanses in the past two months and I have never experienced allergies like this. I am taking Claritin, which isn't helping all that much, and just today started on the Echinacea. Hope it will help. I would like to know if anyone else is experiencing this type of reaction from a cleanse.
