I've done 5 of them, and on the 5th cleanse, I burned more than all the previous combined. In my opinion, at least with my body, I think it's because of the acidity level of my colon/stomach, etc. Just be sure and take acidophillus/probiotics to replenish the good bacteria in your intestines. I also think one reason that I might have burned more with my 5th cleanse is because I did two coffee enemas. How big are your "big mama" stones? I'm so glad you did this....I was sceptical too. My mom did one four years ago with just the apple juicing and oil, and I laughed her out of the room. I thought she had lost her last marble. I came across this website a year and a half ago, and I started reading, and I did my first cleanse last June. I didn't do any more after that, and this winter, I started feeling really bad. Just run down and no energy. I did my other 4 cleanses since December, and after the 5th cleanse is when I really started noticing a difference in my energy levels. I don't need that afternoon nap, and I am able to do all kinds of things now without getting tired. It's just amazing....Keep flushing :) Mel Tweet
