You might be able to find a doc who can help you if you call the condition by its'
real name... 'Pirformis Syndrome" A couple of well placed shots of cortisone
will take the muscular presure off the sciatic nerve where it passes through the
upper butt. Be sure that you seek out a doc who has plenty of experience
in finding where the shot has to go for best effect. Also check for an infectious
cause.
