Thanks for responding! I know any cleansing has got to be better than none. Yet. It helps to have some re-assurance, re-affirmation, etc. I am very much looking forward to some emotional/spiritual cleansing, too. I am convinced that all that gunk in one's bowels is a manifestation of and/or an opportunity to hold onto old dead stuff better off buried...or flushed.
