Hulda Clark Cleanses

I am interested in purchasing HH's products, however I am a little confused about which ones to buy. The HH website states a intestinal cleansing and bulking agent should be used together. But you used the labtobacteria food in replace of the intestine cleasing agent. Would you recommend I start with that as well.

Also, will I be in pain or uncomfortable?
