And....woweeeeee! What a mucoid plaque!! I've only seen pictures of that 'style' of mucoid plaque! (hilarious isn't it?) I can totally picture it...and a foot and a half long...right on!

What has your diet been like for the last 17 days? How many b&p's are you taking per day? How much water? Anything else special we should all know? I will be awaiting Icky Detail #3....thank you!

It was quite funny...my friend was up from L.A. and we sat on my back porch yesterday and we each drew pictures of what our respective mucoid plaques looked like! It was tooo much! We had a few 'styles' that were similar, but each of us really had some doooozies that the other couldn't believe we got out. Totally wild! (gotta have a friend that you can draw poo with) ha!

Well, Amy, that's such great news! Do tell us more...
