Finally! I think a break through

Today made day 17 of my P&B cleanse & I think I finally am passing the muciod plaque. On day 12 I passed something small, thin, & had lots of folds, & very rubbery & hard to pull apart... I figured it may be plaque but since then nothing out of the ordinary till today. I had a BM which produced quite a bit that looked pretty formed but it was actually slimy (sorry to be gross, I'd never say this to anyone but those on this forum) and it could not be picked up (with what I've heard referred to as a poo-stick) it would just slimily fall apart. BUT... this evening after feeling rumbly/gurgly in my tummy I remembered reading that sometimes an enema can help so I decided to give it a shot & I did a small enema (not a lot of liquid) and when I expelled it that's when I think I passed some muciod plaque. Even though it was light brown it had many folds/creases & it was about a foot & 1/2 long & could be picked up even though it too was kind of slimy... it looked like a tube, hollow, but collapsed... I guess that is what I've read other people say it can look like a deflated balloon. What do yall think? Muciod plaque? I feel so much better. I can't wait for more.
Oh & I have to share one more thing... I have not had ANY of my stomach medications since I started the cleanse & I have not had an stomach attacks (spasms) which is amazing because I usually can't go 3 days without it... 17 days now. I hope this is all a sign of healing.
Thanks for taking the time to read this lengthy post.
