Yael! Hmmm...that's not good. Did you add the b&p's too quickly? Drop back to one a day and add 1 tbsp of olive oil to the drink. Someone else here found that that REALLY worked. Then when things are moving at least once a day at a 2nd b&p etc etc...
I have heard Ptree say that not eating regularly can cause constipation because it's when we eat that peristalsis is stimulated. Why are you not eating all day long, Yael? Your body probably goes into starvation mode which may cause it to store fat, and your peristalsis won't be stimulated! hmmmmmm.
Definitely start your day with many mugs or glasses of WARM water to stimulate peristalsis. Also...are you drinking at least 2 litres of water a day?
