Glad to hear you're experiencing positive results already.

I received a stainelss steel (drink) mixer in a glass set as a Christmas gift from my son & daughter in law. Coincidence? I think not... I think it was a sign. Anyhow, I put it to use everyday to use Pat's simple method of Energizing water right at my desktop, and on demand. So I sip the water throughout the day. I have to tell you the addition of the lemon and Sea Salt has been incredible in the results I see.

I added cayenne to my regimen after reading an inspiring, very touching testimonial here at CureZone at the MS forum.
