Hello, I've just started the Master-Cleanse , went out and bought all the ingredients, it tastes good, now all I have to do is stick to my guns after a false start this morning, I want to lose my extra poundage and my tiredness and depression.I'm so pleased I found this site as I've been trying to water only fast all weekend but being the Easter Holiday it's very difficult.I can still go to work can't I ? What's the first day nirmally like please?
