Hi Tracey -- been following some of your messages as I am comtemplating doing a cleanse and The Master Cleanse was recommended to me - however, as a "cleansing virgin" I was wondering if there is a way to take a baby step of 2-3 days before jumping off the cliff of 10 days. Any ideas or should I just stop being a fraidy cat.... You seem to be an experienced practioner of cleansing........thank you, erica Tweet
