Re: Re: Chronic Eczema

Hi,
on an expansion of aunty's comments about dealing with eczema from the inside, that's been my dominant approach in the last couple months, and the results have been spectacular. I can say today, that I have not used any moisturizer in over a week, and my eczema is gone. my hands are clear and the skin is soft. Two months ago they were cracked open, bleeding, and infected from an eczema outbreak that had lasted about three month at that level (I have always had it at some level for as long as I can remember). But now, there is nothing. I'm still holding my breath to see how long this is going to last, but I really think it's the final solution at least for me. What I did was to work on balancing my body's pH levels. I followed the system laid out in a book by Dr. Robert O. Young called "sick and tired? reclaim your inner terrain." Some changes to my diet (wasn't too bad to begin with, but not great) and some supplements, and now I'm feeling great. If this is of interest to you, and you have any questions, feel free to email me (easier to respond to email than find the post in the thread again). mslarsen@wisc.edu . Talk to you later, Mike
