hi all

i'm 29 and have been suffering from eczema since i was 19 when i got misdiagnosed for scabies after welts started appearing on my wrists and ankles. over the years, i have tried all sorts of steriods and i guess gradually started to educate myself about this disease and about the harmful effects of steriods.

however lately, my eczema has been so bad (all over body and face), i've had to take prednisone to suspress it. also, i have just started a diet without any milk/wheat/gluten/meat. i'm eating lots of fruits/vegetables/fish/potatoes and drinking plenty of water. i'm a week into it and so far have not seen or felt any signs of improvement. i guess i'm waiting for the prednisone to get out of my system and see whether i can at else control the eczema with lemnis fatty cream and the diet.

i've had a look at his site, and may consider doing a liver/bowel flush. has anyone had any improvement in their condition after doing a flush?

also, i was thinking, i've got a tattoo on my upper arm, which i got when i was eighteen. i'm seriously considering removing it as maybe it could be a factor. what do you think?

kind regards

steve
