I thought I would add one (albeit a bit late)...
There is a walking video (or dvd whichever you prefer) to help to get you in shape at a low impact and slower pace. It may seem slow, but it really does work you out. "Walk Away The Pounds" with "Leslie Sansone." You can get them at any walmart.
