Anyway, you were taking MSM JUST for your muscles? Or was there another reason? Sounds interesting, looks like something I'll have to research.
I definitely won't consider doing yoga, but I do have a pilates DVD that I forgot about. I could join a stretching class at the gym sometime, I've been a member for almost a year and haven't ever joined a class! It just seems weird that these body parts are so tight, since the rest of my body is very flexible. Perhaps it will get better as I get back into a serious training routine.
