Colloidal Silver for SARS

Aside from Dr. Horowitz's apparent cure/treatment for SARS I would like to advance another possible cure for this and any other viral/bacterial/fungal disease. Colloidal/ionic silver, made in pure distilled water at 10 PPM using a LVAC method. If I had SARS I would probably take 8 - 12 T/daily (minimum) as well as nebulize the solution 4-5 times daily for a few minutes each session. Note that there has NEVER been a single celled microbe that has survived exposure to this substance for more than six minutes (studies done at UCLA and elsewhere) and that no side effects have been observed from ingesting/inhaling ionic/ Colloidal Silver even at dosages far greater and for longer periods of time.
