Re: Origin of SARS?

As a person who has been professionally involved in the treatment of disease for over 28 years I can assure you that SARS was not spread from a diseased animal to a human. The same nonsense was used for the origin of the Aids virus... remember the green monkey biting the human in the butt theory??? The fact is that virii do NOT jump species UNLESS their genetic makup has been tampered with by human intervention allowing it to "take" in human tissue. SARS, in my humble opinion, was indeed produced in a laboratory. Just how it escaped and why it started in China is anyone's guess.
