There are many possibilities...
One that I heard recently was.... that since China seems to be the the source of so many types of FLU
each year and it spreads throughout the world, we are told to get shots to help prevent getting sick.
There may have been some research in China into trying to stop it with a vaccine.

If this vaccine was being developed for the Chinese and designed to be effective on them...
it may have involved a type of bacteria/virus that was the most harmful to their own people.
and DNA would have been involved in the vaccine. If something like this were to get loose before
it was modified for its' final task, it could cause more harm than good, and mainly to their own people.

The other wild idea was that China was trying some experiment in population control and it escaped.
