You are right... there is no pharmeceutically discovered cure for SARS. But the BEST cure is prevention! Lillian outlined some very real and practical methods of prevention, and also having a high immune system can lead to a less serious problem, if infected. And there probably are some alternative treatments that will work on SARS, only no one has tried them out yet!
