SARS virus cure?

I am living in Asia currently and regarding the new world health scare, I am wondering what potential cures could work for Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS). Obviously no cure could be proven at this point, as it is new... but they believe it is a virus. I am just looking for brainstorming. Activated charcoal? Herbs? Water shock therapy?? Any ideas would be appreciated.
