Re: SARS virus cure?

Dear Nodairygirl,
SARS virus is SCARY, that`s a fact. Who knows how long Chinese people already has known about this virus without telling the world
(I just read a report that said since november -02)??

And who knows who really caused it/spreaded it this time??

You seem to be aware about what one could do to be better prepared for such epidemies. Here are my ideas on how to protect;

What could we do better than to be concious about; our dietary habits and how to cleanse our elimination organs? This will always strengten our immunity. Besides to take very well care about what kind of chemicals we use on our bodies and in our environment! Soaps, shampoos, parfumes, detergents, washing-liquids and washingpowder for cloths; It all affect our immunity.

If you think it is difficult to start intestinal cleanse and enemas; try FitLines Bio Basic Plus, it will help you to easily start cleansing or fasting programs. Within 2-3 months 1-2 spoons of powder a day in water; will regenerate your intestines, which will give you a good start.

Bio Basic Plus has a special combination of AjurVedic herbs, is organic and with the best quality-control. Their Immunity-products; Antioxy light; and a spray IB50; which really gives you a immun-boost, are warmly recommended!

It is maybe a long process to find your special diet or your
way to cleanse. But while on Electric Zapping, Body brushing and hydrotherapy, including cleansing programs and while taking vitamins- minerals; Don`t forget to exercise, you will cleanse faster! Even a five-minute-trampoline-jumping every day; will protect you and help you to clean your lymph-system!

If you still did not do a liver-cleanse; get startet, it`s easy!
See Dr. Hulda Clark `s forum and Liver Cleanse forums!

Alkalize or die; Read about acid/alkaline habits and foods. Learn how to keep slightly alkaline; find the balance between acid/alkaline. You can also use a Biopathic remedy
Called Alkala N, it contains: Natriumhydrogencarbonat, natriumcitrat and caliumhydrogencarbonat. Stix to test saliva are available at the pharmacy, if you test yourself every evening and every morning; you will be able to know the balance of your acid/alkaline. Write down the results for 3 weeks; also write what you ate the same day!

You are easier attacked by any virus or infection if your blood
is too acid.

Drink less coffee; coffee is good for enemas!
Coca Cola is wonderful choice to replace the best toiletcleaners.
Vinegar is good to keep your fridge clean to keep bad odors out!
(Eccept organic rice vinegar, umeboshivinegar and organic apple cider vinegar of course)!

Drink more water!
Invest in a Ionizer to make Ionized Water , this is also a way to alkalize your body. Waterinstallations from Johann Grander, (Austria) is a good investment. Use destilled water for hebal teas, or at least be shore that your drinking water is clean!

We have seen that Dr. Richard Schulze has been able to cure the incurable many times;
I am now also assisting a patiant that doctors had given up more than 3 years ago. The best thing we ever tried was Dr. Richard Schulze `s herbs and programs. For the first time he feel that his blood is cleansing. Just like you suggested, fasting, herbs and herbal teas, hydroterapy, charcoal and liver-cleanse, castor-oil-packs and enemas! This is the incureables program. Read and learn about Dr. Schulze `s program in; 'save your life video-collection, this collection comes with a compendium. Read also ‘Good dietary habits’ in ‘Ask Lillian forums’ and buy Michio Kuschi`s book; Macorbiotic home remedies.
Or; Healing Ourselves by macrobiotic teacher Naboru Muramoto.

Macrobiotic medical drinks can do wonders; the Kuzu-root
and umeboshiplums (salt pickeled plum) are helpful remedies. Seaweeds also has a long story on cleansing/removing heavy metals and radioactivity from intestines and organs.
It is especially good to do a sea-weed cleanse before to start any other cleanse for best results; I will write more about this soon. Which seaweeds and how to do this special cleanse.

KUZU – The wonder root
Kuzu (Pueraria lobata) root`s soothing medicinal effects have been known in Japan and China for over 1000 years. The starch that makes kuzu-root powder an outstanding jelling and thickening agent in cooking is partly responsible for this strong medicinal action.
Some of kuzu`s complex starch molecules enter the intestines and relieve the discomfort caused by overacidity, bacterial infection, and – in the case of diarrehea-excess water. In many cases of abdominal aching and intestinal irritation, a bowl of kuzu gruel or pudding brings immediate relief.

Traditionally it was recommended for digestive problems. Scientists have discovered that it is kuzu`s particularly high flavonoid content that is responsible for its strong medicinal effect on the circulatory system. Flavonoids, and a related group of compounds known as bioflavonoids, occur naturally in plants and help regulate plant metabolism. However, they also have an influence on human physiology by dilating blood vessels that are constricted as a result of tension and stress.

The medicinal effects of kuzu`s flavonoids were proven during research in Beijing, China. When given to human subjects, kuzu-root powder or its extracted flavonoids reduced high blood pressure; relieved chronic migraine headaches; and eased aches in the shoulders, neck and head. Kuzu flavonoids have successfully treated sudden deafness, which can be caused by restricted circulation. In addition to relaxing blood vessels, flavonoids have been shown to lower cholesterol levels and reduce the risk of the formation of blood cloths.

Kuzu-root-tea is (known as kakkon tea in Japan) is commonly used to treat allergies, especially hay fever, bronchial asthma, and skin rashes.

KUZU CREAM made with the addition of ginger juice and minced umeboshi (salt-pickled plum), kuzu cream is especially potent. The ginger aids digestion and circulation, while the citric acid in the salt plum neutralizes lactic acid and eliminates it from the body. Lactic acid build-up in the body is thought to be related to numerous circulatory problems such as hardening of
the arteries.

Kuzu-cream
1 cup cold water
1 ½ tablespoons crushed kuzu
1 umeboshi plum, pitted and minced
or 1 teaspoon umeboshi paste
¼ - ½ teaspoon fresh ginger juice
½-1 teaspoon shoyu or tamari (glutenfree) (optional)

Dissolve kuzu in cold water, stirring frequently add umeboshi and bring to a simmer over medium heat. As soon as mixture begins to bubble around the edges, stir constantly until kuzu thickens and becomes translucent. Gently simmer 1-2 minutes, then remove from heat. Add ginger and shoyu to taste.

Fruit Sauce
1 cup apple juice
½ cup rice malt
Pinch Sea Salt
2 ½ cups sliced or whole fresh fruit
(strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, nectarines, pitted cherries, apples, pears or raisins)
2 tablespoons crushed kuzu or 3 tablespoons arrowroot

Combine juice, ricemalt and salt in a saucepan. Add fruit and bring to a simmer, uncovered over medium heat. Remove from heat.

Throughly dissolve kuzu or arrowroot in 2 tbs cool water and add to fruit mixture while stirring briskly. Place over medium-low heat and stir constantly until mixture returns to a simmer and thickens.

If using fruit that does not require cooking, place fruit in a ceramic or glass bowl and pour the hot liquid over it. Mix gently and cool in refrigerator. If fruit is already mixed in, transfer contents of the pot to a bowl and cool. The sauce will thicken as it cools. To make a jelly,
i mix agar-agar-flakes in as the applejuice starts boiling; and I add kuzu at the end, and pour the juice over freshly cutted fruit-salat.

Kuzu can also be used to ticken sauces, used in clear gravy and soups.
