It may be that:
perhaps you are beginning to open blocked areas
that you do not realise are linked to repressed emotions etc.
It would seem that this is a great possibility.
Try to clear your mind after doing the exercises,
and let any subject float to the surface,
ask your self Why am i feeling irritable? etc
then listen to your inner self.
you might be surprised at what pops up .
whatever does, look at it , acknowledge it , realise that it is not a part of
WHO you are now or WHO you are becomming,
and so needs to be *flushed out *
the more you do this inner cleanup ,
the more channels you will open and learn to let your spirit lead,
not your mind, emotions, or physical body distractions.
