Has anybody experienced a seriously bad mood after doing these?
This is the third time I've come to do these exercises and it's no coincidence that I seem to go into a pretty bad mood about 5 minutes after doing them.
I've started with 3 repetitions only and I can say I find that pretty easy as I'm quite fit anyhow.
So, I'm wondering if this reaction is normal? I presume not.
Is it a reaction to stress or stress release or am I doing them too quickly?
If anything I would have thought that these exercises should alleviate stress.
Knowing me I'm making some very simple fundamental error.
