The dizziness is very probably caused by the spinning rite... well, 7 / 9 spins for a beginning is way tooooo much !
Although easy and seemingly harmless, these exercices are very potent and should be taken gradually, starting with 3 reps for each exercice and then increasing by 2 reps each week until you reach 21 reps daily. This is the way they are presented by the Colonel in Peter Kelder's book and I suppose there is a good reason for it. The chakras need to be (re)activated gradually. Stick to this slow progression and you'll be fine. Remember, it's not because you don't (or almost don't) feel anything that the rites are not working !
