Hi experienced folks,
I have just started with the rites (started with 7 and now doing 9) and to me it just not feel good yet. I get dizzy and feel a bit sick after the first. And then the diziness comes back in all of them and sticks with me latently for about an hour.
I am surprised it takes me so much trouble doing some easy excersises, because I am in prety good shape (I thought :-)) - doing hatha yoga, jogging and playing tennis several times a week.
Are you sure this is good for me? I this is supposed to rejuvenate, but I feel old for the first time ever (I am 29). Does anyone know the reason for dizines or maybe even the purpose for it. I am used to feeling better after exercise. Did you all have this, and it passed?
