I started the 5 rites exercises for two weeks. The first 7 days of doing the spinning around for 10 seconds and going around 5 times make me so sick to the stomach, i felt very nauseous and "sea sick". After the second week, i only did three turns twice a day, the spinning didn't affect me that much.
These exercises looks really basic to do and i know some of them are used in gymnastics warm ups. I only do it 5 minutes but to stand and keep still seem to take "ages" for me since im not so flexible and they do seem strenous to do for the first few weeks.
Now i've stopped doing it since i don't seem to have the right time to do it for now.
