To do the rites better?
1) Try to stay within a small footprint area while spinning...
2) Bring your legs (still straight) further than vertical
3) Bend back as far as possible...touching floor with back...
4) Are you squeezing your legs together at each lift, as if you have a beach ball between your knees...
5) Are you doing all 21 of these at once...starting by touching your pelvis to the ground to all the way vertical with your feet as close to your hands as possible?
