Don't stress about doing the exercises...I took a day off the other day...I had to get to the chiropractor, then didn't feel like doing them afterwards because I felt so good after my adjustment, I didn't want to do them...so I didn't...
It is tough doing these every day...I think, hmmm I could get ready for work faster...spend more time with my kids...or my computer or TV...but I like having that 5-10 minutes for myself...
Sometimes I try to do them with the best form...sometimes I try to do them quickly...most of the time, I try not to think about them while doing them...and they go quickly...
The hardest part for me now is that I only like doing them on an empty stomach, so if I sleep in, or wake up hungry...I am pissed, because I know I won't do the exercises after I eat, so in order to eat, I must do the exercises first...
