I have just started doing the excercises and feel good after doing them. Each excercise is slightly different to the orginal to enhance the energetic effect they have on the chakras and energy system. Slight difference such as placing your tongue on the upper pallet to increase the energy flow are used. As well as minor technique changes (get the books for detailed information on this)
