You only do nine of each exercise, some of the exercises are slightly different and the breathing technique is different. The author claims it makes the technique much more powerfull but simpler to do.
There is also a shorter form of an excercise routine called Mental Physics, which I have not tried yet, but is supposed to be very beneficial to your general health.
The book also covers a lot on energy hygene and how we take on heavy energy from our busy lives, as well as how it can be removed.
