Do I understand you are...
Passing your urine through your nasal passages on a daily or every other day routine, then breathing in different positions to ensure that all the liquid is out?
I might consider trying the nasal flush (neti) if I had a chronic problem with my nose being stuffed up or running or trouble breathing...
But sometimes (not often) I will wake up with a stuffy nose...I was only making the observation that it usually clears after my morning set of the Five Tibetan forms...
Have you tried the advanced forms of yeti?
>> In stage 2 of Jalanethi water is taken with a special pot through one nose and taken out through mouth and in stage 3, water is drunk by mouthfull and taken out through nostrills. Since both the stages are advanced practices, so they should be learned under a qualified and experienced yoga master.<<
>> Vyutkrama Kapalbhati (Stage2) Neti works more on clearing out the posterior sinus passages which Stage 1 does not reach and is even more effective than Stage 1 for post nasal drip, sinusitis, snoring, chronic catarrh, thyroid imbalances, coughs and throat problems. <<
I find myself asking this health question...Am I treating the cause or the symptom?
I find that with daily exercise, better diet (still have a long way to go!), and simple living many of my health problems are disappearing...
