Re: Fake NDEs...? a thread in another NDE forum
Rudenski
but what if he really did have a NDE?
Then i'm terribly wrong, and i appologise to the man and all whom i might have confused. I am aware of this possibility. Let me re-quote few lines from my post:
...I have a feeling that Dougherty's NDE is a fake...
...i'm fully aware - i really am - that i might be (totally) wrong...
...God can be the only true judge here...
...this is just a hypotesis...
...i'm not certain about my suspictions...
...i might be wrong...
I can't emphasise enough the fact that i'm just posting my thoughts, not my conviction, nor accusations. I'm just asking people to think with me. To quote yourself:
I think it is best to get our doubts out in the open...only through challenging our assumptions can we throw off pre-programmed perceptions and get down to what is real....
It is interesting to think someone would go to the extreme effort to fake a NDE but I guess anything is possible?
Technically speaking, for a (bunch of?) ghostwriter(s) it's not an "extreme effort", but everyday job. Professional people do write thick books on assignment, all the time. And there's more than enough NDE reports lying around for to compile from, and add a little speciall effects to spice it up and make it more spectacular than last one, and publish. And throw in a bit of 9/11 and future history (in fact geostrategic plans by the Grand Master Planners) to make it sound "prophetic".
Maybe the confusion here is linguistic: this is not about fake NDE's, this is about fake NDE accounts. You, being a genuine NDEr, can't imagine someone would fake something so sacred, important, essential. But IF i'm right (lets just suppose for a moment), then the authors of this are not NDErs, they don't think about NDEs, they think about making a made-up thing sound genuine, about advancing their hidden agenda, about how people will react when they read it, about what influence it may or may not have. Not about God, not about Love, or Truth. Those are just characters/motifs in the story they're making.
and what if he is right about America?...Maybe it is time to repent?
Actually, i think he is right and it is time to repent. But there's two ways of looking at that, and there's two groups/kinds of people who would say that:
One: conscious and conscientious people who see all the wrong that USA (i.e. some streams in it's leadership) has done and is doing to the world around it, and don't like it because it is not good and it is bringing suffering to millions around the world;
Second: world-government conspirators who need to crush America first, in order to start to rule the world unabated. For this reason America must first be made into new Germany, new world villain, which will be justly punished, disarmed, and weakened. That's why The Village Fool was made it's king in 2000, that's why they openly disregard the will of the rest of the world (Iraq) etc. Because, when America falls one day, everyone must be happy with it, and hail the "saviours" who defeated it.
Which is not to say that America is an innocent victim of this plot. It's leaders, it's CIA, it's CFR, and whonot are the villains they will be proclaimed on that day; but some of it's accusers, and it's defeaters just might be ten times worse - and people will hail them as saviours.
To tell you the truth, it is my hope too (and a secret belief) that God might intervene in the end with humanity which seems to continue to screw up more and more. But i'm not sure of it - he might not, too. There's been extinct species on Earth before, maybe even pre-human civilizations, and i believe there's intelligent beings all around universe, so maybe Earth humans are not so nondisposable as we like to imagine it, and not the only source of souls to fill God's heaven. God DOES have endless eons at his disposal - and the patience to match it - for a new species to arise on earth. Who knows? We can only have hope and beliefs regarding that.
BUT - even if God WILL come and save us from our folly one day, it is not impossible that someone will try to stage that first, in order to establish an unchallenged 'godly' rule over the world. Did you ever hear of Project Blue Beam? It's an alleged plan for a Greatest Hoax Ever, the staged, fake "Second Comming", the staged, fake "End of the World", and the staged, fake "Millenium" after it.
Now, although i hate war and i think it's one of the worst things humans do, i'm not looking forward to a peace which will be brought about by the same people who actually caused two or three world wars. And they are not Americans, they have no nation, they have money, power, wealth, and big plans.
And, like in the old days of their predecessors in Babylon, Egypt and Rome, they need a population of believers in their divinity.
Now. How and why did i start this whole story? In pursuit of spiritual inspiration, I was reading NDE accounts on Internet. On one site i found a section of "Notable NDEs", and while reading some of them, for the first time in life i thought "hey who guarantees that each and every of these accounts is true, genuine, and honest?" Because few started to feel not-so-genuine to me... Why? Every for a different reason... Mostly intuitively at first, by the style of it... and then it turns out that wherever i have an inkling of strange "style", there happens to be also a possible motive contained too. Some claim to have been told they will become "world teachers", some have been "given a mission" to start various practices, some are professional witches, New Agers, and specialists in "clairwoyant reading, hypnotic past-life regressions, sensitivity work, dehaunting houses, and mediumship, aura massage, astrology, numerology, dream and symbol interpretation, rune casting, divinatory and earth energy sensing", some need the authority to say "God, Himself, led me to write this paper" in their writings....
Just to be clear, i did also found others, which indeed proved inspiring and were shot thru with humbleness and honesty - as far as one can tell by reading, which is not much, i admit. But still, i had those thoughts, and when i looked up more about those authors, my suspictions grew instead diminished...
and with Dougerty i even found something that could (i repeat: COULD) be a promotion of the ancient secret society, one world government/church and the whole Blue Beam thing which might be in store. It stinks in all the right places, and it contains all the right motives: it just fits the picture too perfectly for me to ignore it.
And yet, i tell you, with every word i write about this, i pray to God to enlighten me about it, and i take full responsibility for the possibility of being wrong. If i'm right, God will judge those who fake his word; if i'm wrong, he will judge me for wrongly accusing a holy man.
I'll let you know when i know for sure which happens ;)
