Hi there! I saw your post on the Dream Forum. You should check out the posts/links within the post above from me to Icoc. See if those experiences resonate with your one terrifying dream of falling down the hole then rising up...pounding on your chest dream. I do believe that those nightmarish feelings are simply due to the fact that you're experiencing another plane of yourself existing...and it is scary because it is the Unknown! If you're interested in exploring other planes safely and joyfully, then I think you have the ability to...but it's the fear that is probably stopping you.
