Re: So Goes The Fall of Man & Dogs

letting go... sometimes that is the most difficult thing in the world for me to do...
seems i too have been in a spiritual slump of late...

sometimes i let people/life/negativity get to me... i just can't seem to help it... it just happens... but it seems i always learn something in the process... and your analogy of the butterfly emerging from the cacoon describes it best... the butterfly representing the spirit... and the cacoon represents the prison constructed by the "ego"... and how very descriptive that the butterfly must struggle to free itself from it's own self made prison...

i don't know about you... but i am happy that curezone has divided itself to take the debaters to a mirror site... it feels so much more peaceful here now... i think perhaps what we are experiencing is merely an adjustment period to becoming re-adapted to the peace and serenity... lol...

however... i'm reminded of another little story about the butterfly and the cacoon... how a person saw a butterfly struggling to free itself from it's cacoon... so in order to be helpful... very carefully tried removing pieces of the cacoon to enable the butterfly to be free... but in so doing the butterfly emerged deformed... in other words it takes the time and struggle for the butterfly to develope as it should... and there are somethings we just can't rush....

love you rudy...
take your time...
you're among friends...
