Only open minded people are capable of debate…
Closed minded people… are only capable of hate…
Open minded people… exchange ideas and views…
Closed minded people… are brainwashed and confused…

Each… so earnestly striving… the other to debunk…
Tempers flare… so much hot air… an atmosphere of funk…
And the bull you have to listen to… is just a bunch of junk…
So what’s the point of entering… a pissing contest with a skunk…

So tell me friend…what does freedom have to do with debate…
For I am free... and have no need… for argument and hate…
The one I need to conquer… is my own outrageous ego…
And I know that battle can be won… just by letting go…

It all has to do… with their seeking control…
They wish to impose their will on you…
They seek… to dominate your soul…
let em rant… and let em rave…
and let em have their way…
bottom line…Is you and I…
know exactly what needs be done…
and shall do it anyway…
