It is so easy to get depressed, and have a gloomy mood; as though every door is slammed in your face. Even those who pretend to care, and yet their body languages carry loud and clear annoyance. Now you don't want to be with them; therefore you isolate yourself unwillingly. But at the end of the day, one has to come to term that as long as it is not my thoughts and behavoirs to change, it is not my fault! And I am going to love, and accept myself regardless what others think, and behave. We keep trying everything to get rid of this dragon in the body, but if we failed in our endeavor, then the best way to enjoy life as much as possible, don't you think? How long have you had this problem? And what tests, cleansings have you done so far?
