Re: stinky armpit!!!

Hey there everyone,

I just came across these postings searching for a natural alternative to a medicine that has worked wonderfully for my stinky armpits. I'm 27 and have been using Cleocin-T 1% Pledgets for about 5 years or so now. It's a prescription Antibiotic that's usually used to treat acne, and it's in the form of a little wipe. (Think of a square Stridex pad!) It doesn't help with sweating, but it DOES help with the stinky! And, it is a treatment, not a cure - whenever I don't use them, I get STINKY PITS BIG TIME!!! I'm extremely grateful to have found something that finally worked for me, but I just don't like the idea of being on an Antibiotic (albeit topical) for the rest of my life. However, there's no way I'm stopping until I find a natural equivalent! :o)

BTW, it is so comforting to know that I am not the only one that deals with this!! Thank you to everyone that posts here, you have reassured me that I am not a freak of nature! I maintain a healthy diet, I excercise, I bathe twice a day, I exfoliate, and still, without the pledgets, I reek far worse than my husband does on his sweatiest day!!! Ugh!!
