Re: Odor coming from anus, please read (lengthy).
Doctors are not trained to be medical detectives nor do they have any motivation to truly care enough to find the cause of the patients problems, they have rent to pay and children to put through college. You will be amazed how much you can accomplish for your son by doing a little detective work to find out the cause of your son's ailments.

Smell your son's shoes. The odor could be coming from the shoes up through the pantlegs (athelete's foot? do 'odor eaters help?). The odor can also be caused by an allergic reaction of the skin to fabric, or the soap used in washing the clothes, fabric softener allergy, dry cleaning fluid that hasn't been aired out of the clothes properly, any fragrance (cologne, air fresheners, etc.), bathroom soap, talc and any hair care product (soaks into the skin), dishwashing liquid not completely rinsed off dishes (can cause very severe metabolism imbalance), jewelry cleaning fluid, pet care chemicals, cleaning fluids, roach spray, spray oils of any kind (all aerosol sprays contain a very thin oil as a vehicle, the substance that makes it sprayable). A person can have an allergic reaction to a substance that somebody else has handled just by touching the same doorknob or kissing them.
It's probably a metabolic (digestion) problem causing your son to perspire excessive toxins because it is doubtful that the smell would be continuously leaking from inside his body. It is unlikely at such a young age that your son would have problems with muscular exertion, but hyperhidrosis is a form of blushing. If your son perspires excessively, excessive sweating is either HYPERHIDROSIS or a similar conditon called HYPOhidrosis. They are both conditions of the thyroid gland (check the 'hyperthyroid' forum here at Curezone). The thyroid gland has a special need for iodine.
Iodine is a trace element, so you don't want to overdo it if you supplement (doctors traditionally treat this condition with 'slash for cash' surgery). Regular 'table salt' is a combination of two elements/minerals,...sodium and chloride and is not very healthy for the body.
Sea Salt (not much more expensive) has 88 minerals including
Iodine and is much healthier for the body (probably the best solution for the thyroid).
Anyone who eats garlic is aware of the effectiveness of chlorophyll in absorbing the odor (it is added to garlic pills as parsley to make the garlic odorless, safe). Chlorophyll is also added to some kitty litter to absorb odors, very effective. Activated charcoal can also be ingested, but it is unecessary since parsley is so much more available.
Consider the possibility that your son might be reacting to a cosmetic fragrance or chemical additive to an air freshener, etc. Severe allergic reactions to peanuts can be caused by kissing someone who has eaten them.

If it is a digestion/metabolism problem, Aloe Vera juice is good for the digestive tract. The aloe gel is good for the skin, but your son is most likely getting rid of toxins THROUGH the skin (it probably is a digestion or elimination problem, when he goes to the bathroom, look at his stools before he flushes).

The usual 'flushing' method of detox might be too harsh for such a young age, maybe the method of leaching/absorption the toxins to an external medium is safer, but monitor closely to see if any rashes develop.
Be aware that there is also a slight possibility that a dental problem could also be part of the cause of improper digestion (unlikely because of age). Dr.

Since this might be a long term problem, it might be useful to learn to monitor the general health of your son by appearance. Iridology is the
Science of diagnosis according to the appearance of the iris of the eye and is a reasonable indicator of toxins and exhaustion.
This is from a website.
Iridology by Sarah Bunting, D.Th.D., MBRI
The human body is a marvellous thing. It is constantly growing, changing, adapting and re-shaping itself. It does this in ways that are both so simple and so complex that it never ceases to fascinate us. Part of this fascination stems from the fact that we enjoy health and abhor illness. We are therefore forced to take a closer look at the complex mechanisms that give it life and power. Iridology is an exciting in-depth method of examining the human body in its totality. Each iris is unique. It give us a living picture of the body as we see it, the process that makes it what it is, what it has been and what it is likely to become. Iridology is an accurate and safe tool that needs no refining; the only refining required is in our interpretation and the understanding of the
Science itself.
Since the 19th century various charts and models have been used. They are mainly based on the physical and biological functioning of the body. A psychological and emotional interpretation can also be done using the Rayid method which has recently been developed and which uses a totally different map to the physical. This gives iridology a far more balanced approach, as we live in a time when the interplay between body and mind is being considered as part of a holistic diagnosis.
The analysis itself is simple, painless and inexpensive, requiring no sophisticated equipment. IT CAN EVEN BE PERFORMED TO SOME DEGREE BY THE NAKED EYE ALONE (emphasis mine), although it also benefits from technological advances such as biomicroscopy and computer enhancement. An efficient method of examining the eye used by most iridologists is the use of a strong magnifying glass and a concentrated light. This facilitates a rapport between patient and practitioner as the signs are being discussed. Overly complicated equipment can set up a barrier which may hinder the progress of the session.
