PH tests

Well, I hadn't had much sleep during the week, so I was catching up on Sunday. I got up and did a PH test. Then I drank water, took my pills, took baking soda and ate. Then I passed back out for a few more hours...When I woke up, I got up and did another test.

Is there another way I should do it? I figured it was best to do when I first wake up before I drink any water. I did a PH saliva test yesterday and this morning and they are both at 6.4.

I have another question. Why do urine tests show higher ph than saliva? Isn't urine acidic to begin with and saliva supposed to be more naturally alkaline?
