You're on the right track. The problem is intestinal. Your elimination needs to be improved and your colon needs detoxification. I'd suggest a good Colon Cleanse , like Cola Vada from Royal Body Care. As a lifestyle measure, I'd try a probiotic that you may not have heard of before , called L.Salivarius. It's a cousin to acidophilus, with the major difference being that it's proteolitic, meaning that it acts upon protein and breaks it down.
Breakdown in the colon is bacterial in nature because we don't secrete enzymes into the large intestine. Most colons are putrid, based on build up and accumulation. You odour problem may only be the beginning of serious problems that could result from a continual neglect of your colonic halth, so it's great that you're looking for answers. I'm sure you wouldn't want to go through life with a bag.

Colon cleanses are plentiful in the market. L.Salivarius can be a little difficult to find, especailly highly stabilized Salivarius.
