Thus far, I have restrained from any sort of a fasting because I am a "recovered" anorexic-bulimic. I have not received any sort of treatment for it in two years and have instead swung the complete opposite way on the pendulum to where I now eat A LOT of unhealthy foods. Perhaps the fast can serve as a starting ground for finding that healthy middle.
My questions for fasting safely are: Can I drink as much of the organic lemonade as desired or should I limit it to a certain amount per day? Can the epsom drink be used on days 1 and 2 or just one of the days? Is it acceptable to still take the fiber source (although with the epsom I doubt I need it), chlorophyll liquid, and wheat grass while I am fasting? When 5 days are up are there any foods that I need to start with or can I go back to eating normally?
I apologize for so many questions but I have never fasted for a good reason. =)
