To be honest, I don't know if this of relevance, but you may look into hormonal, thyroid, lymph, and growth hormone issues, etc. Much of this is covered by a standard blood panel, except possibly for hormonal issues. A urine test is helpful as well, and info on lab tests in general is below. I'd consult with your doctor about such a comprehensive blood and urine panel -- they're a good thing to have done anyway at least a few times througout one's life as preventive medicine, since abnormal results here-and-there are not uncommon.
